It is a private foundation.Įarly in 2004 Tom and Linda Perry, then managers of the Bar NI Ranch, gathered community leaders together at the Bar NI Ranch to help identify needs in the community and ideas and ways to address those needs. In 2004, through the generosity of the Cabot Family and the Virginia Wellington Cabot estate, the Bar NI Community Service Fund was formed to give back to the local communities and their non-profit organizations near the Bar NI Ranch. A new grant application must be completed and submitted. The Board of Trustees makes final decisions on all grant awards.ĭeclined grant requests are eligible to apply in the next grant cycle.
